DELIVERY

In purchasing your product, you agree to accept delivery of the product. If you are not able to accept delivery, you must advise Mosaic Mode before a delivery is attempted.

Please provide unrestricted, safe and easily accessible access to the premises and parking for the delivery vehicle.

You may be required to pay for an additional delivery fee for re-delivery if there is no one available at the delivery address to accept the goods, if there is limited access to the delivery address, it is unsafe or impractical to complete the delivery, or for any other reason the delivery cannot take place. You or your representative may be required to sign a delivery form to confirm that the delivery has taken place.

Once delivered, it is your duty to inspect the goods and ensure they match your order. If, for some reason you have been sent the wrong products or if the products are damaged or faulty, Mosaic Mode will arrange shipping for the return of the goods if we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please take photos of any damages or issues in the original packaging to help us identify the cause. In all other circumstances, the purchaser will be solely responsible for the transport and cost of the return of items.

Mosaic Mode is not responsible for any breakages or damages that may occur during the delivery process. Mosaic Mode use third-party freight companies and couriers to deliver your goods. Your details — including but not limited to, your name, delivery address and phone number — will be supplied to the freight company for the purpose of delivering your goods. You will be charged a delivery fee per delivery, which will vary depending on the quantity of product being delivered, the method of delivery and your location.

The delivery and availability dates provided are only estimates. Although Mosaic Mode will use its greatest efforts to adhere to these estimates, no liability is accepted for delay from any cause whatsoever. Mosaic Mode does not accept orders under penalty for late delivery. Mosaic Mode reserves the right to ship orders in whole or by instalment and each instalment shall be deemed to be sold under a separate contract. Failure on the part of Mosaic Mode to deliver within the time does not entitle the Purchaser to reject the contract in whole or in part.
